Payment

If you would like to purchase an accessory or piece of artwork please contact Lucy to arrange to make payment by cheque or BACS.

None of the items sold are subject to VAT.

Upon payment, all items are sent via Royal Mail special delivery before 1pm the next day at cost price. This is £4.99 for a handbag but will be less for smaller items.

Product Aftercare

The items feature embroidery that has been worked with threads that contain a percentage of real gold and silver, therefore it may tarnish over time to create a more antique effect. All items will be packaged in acid-free tissue paper.To slow the tarnishing process, please store the items in their original packaging and keep away from direct heat and sunlight when not in use. If you do not wish your item to tarnish, please advise Lucy when you place your commission and she will be happy to use non-tarnish threads that do not contain gold or silver.

Terms and Conditions

Lucy Reed ("Lucy") will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by Lucy. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to Lucy if any such payment is refunded to you.

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery to you.

Lucy does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Lucy tries at all times to please her customers. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please notify Lucy within 10 days after you have received your purchase by email info@lucyreeddesigns.com or by telephone +44 (0)1438 220245 and post the items back to Lucy. Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to Lucy safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately post and package costs are non refundable and Lucy is not held responsible for returns that do not reach her. Always obtain a certificate of posting as proof. In the event of the goods being faulty however, Lucy will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
